Keystone High School Girls' Basketball
Varsity: Scott Terry
Coach Terry has coached the girls team since 1997. Prior to being head varsity coach for the KHS girls basketball team, Coach Terry coached 4 years in the boys program. Coach Terry was hired as an “interim” freshman boys basketball coach for the 1993-94 season for Phil Tuttle who injured his knee and had to have surgery. Twenty years later, Coach Terry is still working the hardwood.
Coach Terry enters the 2013-14 season with a career coaching record of 249 wins and 91 losses (.732 winning %). Over the past 15 seasons the program has 9 Conference Championships, 9 Sectional Championships, and 3 District Titles. Coach Terry has been named Lorain County “Coach of the Year” four times and was named Northeast District “Coach of the Year” in 2001. Coach Terry was selected to coach in the 2011 OHSAA All-Ohio North-South All-Star game.
Coach Brittany Terry
Coach Brittany Terry is a 2006 graduate of Keystone high school and an alumnus of the Keystone Girls Basketball Program. Brittany continued her academic and basketball career at Notre Dame College (Ohio) and received her bachelor degree in middle childhood education. Brittany is currently employed as a fifth grade teacher in the Keystone school system.
